Company founder, Philip Hughes, started his own career in recruitment. He progressed rapidly through the ranks and, within nine months, broke the office's existing record three times, as a trainee. Subsequent promotions followed in recognition of Philip's natural business acumen. During his first year as Branch Manager, turnover rose by 70%.
Realising there was an even better way to support clients, Philip took the leap and set up on his own. Mango Solutions Recruitment was established in May 2006. Despite extremely challenging times since then, the company is widely respected and continues to grow and succeed.
