Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic waitress to enhance our client's customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent service and have a friendly demeanor. Experience in a restaurant environment as a waitress will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations when necessary
- Ensure tables are set and maintained to the highest standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Upsell additional menu items to enhance the dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waitress
- Proficiency in preparing and serving a variety drinks and menu foods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
