Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic waitress with experience in coffee making to enhance our customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent service, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to create delicious coffee beverages. While proficiency in Spanish or Italian is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations when necessary
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care
- Ensure tables are set and maintained to the highest standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Upsell additional menu items to enhance the dining experience
