Sous Chef

Job Description

Mango Solutions Recruitment are recruting for a permanent Sous Chef for our Gastropub client in Chelmsford. 

 

Sous chef will be expected to work 40-45 hours per week. 

Overtime is optional. 

Sous chef will be expected to work both morning and afternoon shifts a rota basis. 

 

Main Duties

Oversee and assist in the running of the general operations of the kitchen.

Make sure that a high level of quality cooking is produced.

Ensure the team conforms to health and safety regulations

Part of team of 8

 

Experience with made to order food & fresh food cooking is essential. 

 

Due to the location of the client, you must have your own transport.
