Job Description: The Football Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and operational aspects of our football centre. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can create a welcoming environment for both casual players and football clubs.

Key Responsibilities:
1.    Sales and Business Development:
•    Develop and implement strategies to drive sales for casual play, and club bookings.
•    Actively engage with the local community, schools, and businesses to promote football activities.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and attract new clientele.
2.    Operational Excellence:
•    Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the football centre is well-maintained and adheres to safety standards.
•    Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the quality of pitches, equipment, and facilities.
•    Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times and events.
3.    Customer Experience:
•    Ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all visitors, from casual players to football clubs.
•    Gather customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall footballing experience.
•    Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
4.    Event Management:
•    Work with local football clubs to schedule regular training sessions and matches.
•    Develop and implement promotional activities to boost event participation.
5.    Financial Management:
•    Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage budgets for the football centre.
•    Monitor financial performance, identify revenue opportunities, and control costs.
Qualifications and Skills:
•    Proven experience in sales, preferably in the sports and recreation industry.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Effective leadership and team management abilities.
•    Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
•    Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on football centre activities.
•    Knowledge of football pitch management and safety standards.
