Mango Solutions are working with a brand new vibrant and upscale establishment in the Watford area that are looking for Mixologists to join their team. This is a Mexican restaurant that turns into an elegant bar after hours.
Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a diverse range of high-quality cocktails, considering both classic and innovative recipes.
- Develop and curate a signature cocktail menu in collaboration with the management team.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into your craft.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between food and beverage offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mixologist in a high-volume and upscale establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of various spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail recipes.
- Strong understanding of flavor profiles and the ability to create balanced and unique drinks.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
