Responsibilities: As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in the effective management of their health and social care services. Key responsibilities include:

Leadership and Supervision:
- Provide strong leadership and support to the care team, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery.
- Supervise and mentor staff, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.

Service Management:
- Assist in the overall management of health and social care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and risk assessments.

Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery to maintain and improve quality standards.
- Implement and adhere to policies and procedures, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Communication and Collaboration:
- Foster effective communication between team members, service users, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to enhance the holistic care of service users.

Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and support the professional development of staff.
- Ensure that all staff members are up-to-date with relevant certifications and training.
Requirements:
- Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a health and social care setting.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with individuals have brain related injuries.
