Salary: £27,000 to £31,000

They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager with Level 4 Health and Social Care qualifications to join their team.

Responsibilities: As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in the effective management of their health and social care services. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leadership and Supervision:

    • Provide strong leadership and support to the care team, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery.
    • Supervise and mentor staff, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
  2. Service Management:

    • Assist in the overall management of health and social care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and risk assessments.
  3. Quality Assurance:

    • Monitor and evaluate service delivery to maintain and improve quality standards.
    • Implement and adhere to policies and procedures, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  4. Communication and Collaboration:

    • Foster effective communication between team members, service users, and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to enhance the holistic care of service users.
  5. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and support the professional development of staff.
    • Ensure that all staff members are up-to-date with relevant certifications and training.

Requirements:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a health and social care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with individuals have brain related injuries.
