Mango Solutions are recruiting team leaders for a EBD childrens home in Romford.
Shift Pattern:15-hour shifts (5 shifts per fortnight) over a Monday to Sunday period.
37.5 hours per week.
To manage a team of support workers & waking night staff.
To provide person centred care to young people from ages 5-18.
Look after the physical, social, emotional needs of the young people
Understanding of safeguarding and legislation regarding children & young people.
You must have experience as a childrens support worker or as a team leader.
