Mango Solutions Recruitment are recruiting for a Registered Care Manager for on permanent basis for our domiciliary client in Battersea.
Hybrid Working. 2 days a week at home.
On-call is shared and is once every 8 weeks.
Manage a team of upwards of 40 carers & 3-4 QA's
Manage the induction and development of staff.
Continually improve quality assurance standards.
Ensure positive and effective communication between clients, staff and all other stakeholders.
- Registered Manager Award/NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and understanding of the Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations,and general care standards
- Proven leadership, management, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills, including experience of using care management software
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Possessing a vision to change and improve the home care industry, with a passionfor making a positive impact on people's lives
