Recruitment Administrator and Resourcer

Job Description


A Confident and accurate Recruitment Payroll Administrator and  is required for this company.  It is a multitasked and dynamic position

You will be supporting the Existing consultants , Branch manager and MD, with the following duties ; but not limited to;

 Recruitment Software database Management and logging   

Online Job Boards  posting 

Use of Microsoft Excel 

Telephone based Interviews

Face to Face interviews in our office with Candidates registering for employment

Responding to candidate applications via email and booking in

Diary Management

CV Preparation and Sourcing, CV Shortlisting

Microsoft Office Applications

Recruitment Database Management

Handling Inbound Calls from Clients and Candidates

General Administration, Auditing of files

Social Media Management

Company Marketing

Online File Scanning

Visa and Identification Checks

Driving licence checks

Front of House Data Management


This is a very busy position, and good teamwork skills is an essential. You must be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisation skills in previous employment.


Monday to Friday 08.00 till 17.30
