Payroll Administrator

Job Description

Payroll Administrator required on behalf of our client, a Security Company based in Canary Wharf, East London. 

Monday - Friday 09:00am to 17:00pm 

You will work as part of a small team reporting to the finance manager.

Main responsibilities will include but not limited to processing all weekly timesheets, finance admin duties as required, dealing with security guards and clients queries, and managing calls/emails.
 
Duties
•         Processing timesheet via management system 
•         Reconciling timesheets ready for weekly payment
•         Scanning and filing documents
•         Checking pay and charge rates 
•         Dealing with incoming calls and emails 
•         Raising invoices
•         Producing quotes
•         Producing Aged debtors and GP reports
•         Debt chasing 
•         Posting bank payments
•         Checking invoices for payment  
•         General office administration 
Requirements 
•         High level attention to detail 
•         Ability to work independently and use own initiative 
•         Work well under pressure and prioritise work load
•         MS office skills
•         At least 1 year administration experience
