Job Description

Office Administrator –     

Salary: £24K - £30K Depending on experience

Hours: Mon-Fri - 7am to 5pm

Location: London, E10

 

My client is looking for an experienced Office administrator who has ideally previously worked within a Plumbing/Gas industry, as this role will consist of communicating with customers, which will require an understanding of the industry. This role will require someone who is used to working in a fast paced environment, who is very proactive and takes pride in their work.

 

Experience:

Admin Office

Experience in working within a Plumbing/Gas Industry – (Preferred)

 

Duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls for new enquiries
  • Maintaining the inbox and ensuring all queries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Managing and dealing with difficult queries from customers
  • Call forwarding and message taking
  • Filing expenses
  • Creating and Filing Invoices
  • Review invoices against purchase orders
  • Communicating with clients and customers through social media
  • Maintain document register
  • Providing quotes to new customers
