Hours: 8 Hour shifts per day (Full-Time)

Our client is currently looking for a Multi Skilled Tradesman who has previous experience in a similar role, and someone who has great problem-solving skills with a formal qualification in any aspect of building maintenance. The ideal candidate must be well presented and must take pride in their appearance. This candidate must also have excellent English speaking and writing skills, as this is essential to the role.

DUTIES:

• You will be required to write comprehensive work reports via the mobile app.
• Daily communication with customers and clientele
• Following daily duties may include, painting, carpentry, roofing, tiling and any necessary groundworks (tarmacking and concrete repairs)
• Daily reporting to managers and seniors

   

  Following proven skills are desirable:

• Painting/decorating
• Carpentry
• Plastering
• Roofing
• Tiling
• Minor building works
• Ground works such as tarmac and concrete repairs
• Fire door installation and maintenance experience

  Requirements:

• Clean UK driving Licence
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Construction related qualification
• CSCS card holder is desired
• 3 years proven experience
