Our catering client who specialises in Caribbean Dishes, base in Beddington Croydon, CRO. They also run a takeaway service.
They will require an entry level chef ongoing (the same people at all times) to manage all cooking, preparing orders and from time to time cook and prepare for pre-booked events. Working hours are 7 Days per week Mondays - Friday & Saturdays - Sundays included. 2 months Full training will be given from 5pm - 10.30 pm Tuesdays - Saturdays for 2 months.
Start date will be June 08th at 5pm..
- Usual working hours between 12.00pm and 10.30pm
- 5 working days a week, weekends
- Experience in bulk cooking, allergens labelling, food temperature checks, orders
- Independent role to work with a variety of dishes, including vegetarian and some simple desserts
- Looking after the hot and cold buffets, refilling
- temp to perm position.
