Job Description

Mango Solutions are recruiting a customer service advisor for a higher education provider based in East London (multiple sites available)

 

Working as part of a team you will be responsible for the first point of contact for students and visitors at the university

 

Customer service advisors will be expected to assist with;

  • Directing students and visitors to classrooms and facilities when needed
  • Providing assistance with any general enquiries
  • Conducting tours of the site when required

Working hours for the customer service advisor will be Monday to Friday 09:00am - 21:00pm and Saturday 09:00am - 16:00pm

 

Previous experience within a customer service role would be ideal

 

Pay is weekly £10 per hour
