As a Construction Project Manager specializing in ground work projects, you will be responsible for:

  1. Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Oversee the execution of ground work projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
  2. Team Leadership:

    • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project progression.
  3. Quality and Safety Compliance:

    • Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards on-site.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  4. Budget and Cost Management:

    • Monitor project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and addressing potential overruns.
    • Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
  5. Stakeholder Communication:

    • Maintain clear and open communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
