Our Client is looking for the following candidate Adult Support Worker base in East London South Woodford
Overview - male or female staff, who has experience in Care working industry young Adult who has learning disability and autism
Job duties;
The driving post is leaving the center & picking up clients from their home & returning to the center, then in the afternoon dropping them home - experience of escort/chaperone/care worker preferred.
Ensure that clients are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing
To support clients with all aspects of their day-to-day living, enabling them to enjoy the best possible quality of life
Compassion, good communication skills and a calm and caring manner are essential for this important role
Ensure care plans and other information about how to support service users are followed
Be responsible for informing the Senior Carer/Nurse of any changes in the needs of service users
Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals supported by the service
Driver/Careworker hours 8:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday
Driver split shift 8:-10:00 then 14:30 - 16:30
or
Careworker 10:00 - 15:00
