Mango Solutions is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, ongoing work with the potential to become a permanent position.
About the Role:
We are looking for experienced or confident Bar Staff to support our clients at busy weekend and afternoon events, primarily weddings, birthday parties, and private functions. You will be working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments where great service is key.
Pay rate: £13.50
Shift Pattern:
Mainly weekends
Afternoon and early evening shifts
Occasional weekday events depending on bookings
Temp to permanent opportunities available
Responsibilities:
Serving drinks in a professional and friendly manner
Setting up and closing down bar areas
Handling cash and card payments
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Providing excellent customer service throughout events
About You:
Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
Friendly, outgoing and reliable
Able to work well under pressure in busy environments
Flexible and available for weekend work
A strong team player with a positive attitude
