Job Description

Role: Administrator

Location: Enfield

Hours: Monday - Friday 0930am - 18hrs

Transport/Logistics company are seeking a general office administrator. ideally you will have some basic accounts experience along with experience within logistics

•    answering phone calls
•    sending emails
•    maintaining the organisation of the office such as filing away invoices
•    Take responsibility of the company vehicles e.g. vehicle tax, booking MOT’s/Services and ensuring all certificates needed by the company are up to date.
•    Responsible for making sure that the health & safety policy of the company is updated and implemented. 
•    Assisting the warehouse manager and sales department with any admin queries which they may have. 
•    Provide support for managers and directors and will therefore work closely with them as well.

•    Can work under pressure/multitasking 
•    Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft office products such as outlook and excel. It is a plus if they have experience in sage accounts.
•    Also a plus if they have experience with product labelling and HASAP
