Job Title: Administrator / Hire & Sales Controller
Location: Chelmsford
Hours: Monday - Friday - 07.30am - 17hrs
Main Duties
Administrator / Hire & Sales Controller required for a Hire & Sales company who provide equipment to construction sites.
This is a varied role you will need a flexible approach to work.
You will be carrying out all administrative tasks in relation to the running of the business.
Dealing with customer enquires - over the phone, email and face to face.
Processing Hire/ Sales transactions
Preparing Hire & Sale quotations
Arranging transport in order prompt supply of goods
During quieter periods making Sales Calls using an CRM system
Loading & Offloading of vehicles when required.
Carrying out Yard duties when required.
This can be a Permanent or Temp to Perm role over 13 weeks.
