I myself started within recruitment as a trainee. I progressed rapidly through the ranks, and at the end of my first 9 months, managed to break the existing office record three times, as a trainee. Subsequent promotions then followed, and eventually to Branch Manager. During my first year as a branch manager turnover rose by 70%, and subsequent success followed. Mango Solutions Recruitment was established May 2006 by myself and despite an excellent start , I am fully aware that as a business we are only as good as our last placement provided to our clients.
