Mango Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client which is EBD children's residential home.
Our client is looking for support workers & waking night staff.
37.5 hours per week for both.
Support Worker
Shift Pattern:15-hour shifts (5 shifts per fortnight) over a Monday to Sunday period. To include Public Holidays and Weekends.
Waking Night:
Shift Pattern of alternating four nights one week and three nights the next. To include Public Holidays and Weekends.
To provide person centred care to young people from ages 5-18.
Look after the physical, social, emotional needs of the young people
Understanding of safeguarding and legislation regarding children & young people.
Experience in a similar position would be beneficial.
Qualifications such as a level 3 in children & young would be beneficial.
